OUTSIDE SALES
Ideal Outside Sales Candidate:

Outside Sales Responsibilities:
- Growing THEFITPRO.com’s business by Networking with Health & Fitness Professionals, Qualifying leads, and Closing Deals throughout his/her geographic region
- Develop and manage an ongoing strategy (vertical marketing) for all Health & Fitness Professions.
- Communicating with Professionals, Business Owners and Corporations to educate on benefits and services of THEFITPRO.com National Health & Fitness Tool
- Cold Calling, Prospecting and Building Partner Relationships
- Provide Application Demonstrations of our Health & Fitness Search Tool to Professionals, Business Owners and Corporations via webinars and conference calls.

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER
Ideal Channel Sales Manager Candidate:

Channel Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Build, Manage and Support the development of an agent channel for THEFITPRO.com. Agent channel being the development of sub-contractors of the business with a contractual agreement in place to sell the THEFITPRO.com services.
- Bring on 3-4 new channel partners per month.
- Develop and manage a sales force with the goal of meeting and exceed their respective sales goals. Establish individual goals for each subordinate and manage toward those goals.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Health & Fitness marketplace and the competition within marketplace.
- Provide regular and timely reports and information to upper management as required.
- Inform management of changing market conditions and keep management and Marketing abreast of information concerning competition.
- Remain abreast of changes in the industry, changes within THEFITPRO.com, and maintain an excellent working knowledge of THEFITPRO.com products and how to market them to potential customers.
- Identify new partners and develop plans to grow portfolio, and increase revenue.

- Assisting Professionals as they set-up their Advertising Space – THEFITPRO.com Sales Department will schedule time, when requested by Professionals, Business Owners and Corporations.
- Ability to learn quickly and help other understand all of the services of THEFITPRO.com.

Compensation:
