RANDY JETER

Randy Jeter has a passion for Changing Lives Forever®. As a former collegiate baseball player, he understands the importance of proper nutrition and exercise. After college, Randy received a Personal Training Certification from International Sports Sciences Association and developed sports training programs for college baseball teams and lectures on proper nutrition and exercise.

Randy is respected businessman and manages one of the nation’s leading providers of voice and data technology. Through his telecommunications background, Randy has gained the knowledge necessary to integrate cutting edge technology into the health and fitness industry. His technical knowledge consists of: integrated voice and data solutions, custom application development, customer relationship management solutions, web hosting, extranet & intranet business solutions, business integration, channel sales and wholesale sales programs.

TOBY HALL

Toby Hall grew up in Northern California and attended UNLV on a baseball scholarship. After navigating through the minor leagues, Toby made his major league debut in September 2000 for the Tampa Devil Rays. After helping the Los Angeles Dodgers reach the playoffs in 2006, Toby was signed by, and currently plays for, the Chicago White Sox.

Outside of baseball, Toby is a firm believer in giving back to his community. Along with his wife Karra, he founded the Toby Hall Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization, which provides support to children in the Tampa Bay area. The Foundation hosts annual charitable events, which feature appearances by a number of professional athletes and celebrities. The Toby Hall Foundation and THEFITPRO.com plan to partner and bring hope to children in need.

KYLE KUBISCH

Kyle Kubisch is an attorney with substantial experience in litigation and transaction matters. Kyle has represented large institutional and mid-sized clients in a variety of matters involving complex commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, fraud, unfair business practices, employment litigation, and insurance bad faith. His experience includes all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his litigation background, he handles corporate and entity formation and counsels clients in matters covering trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, and non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
