Hi, my name is Henry Kendrick. I am the owner of Complete Fitness serving Southern California. My journey and passion for fitness started when I was just a little kid. I first started out with sports such as Soccer, Track and Field, Cross Country, Football, Gymnastics, and Freestyle BMX.
My motivation started when I was interning for my Fitness Specialist Certification under the direction of Leion Skiee at Orange Coast College. I discovered my gift of personal training from working with a lot of people who have encouraged me to start my own business. My inspiration has always been health and wellness. It is with such fervor that I am inspired, motivated, and happy to be able to enjoy other’s to achieve a balance of health, life, and vitality.
My purpose is to motivate and encourage people no matter what level of fitness they are at. I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals quickly and effectively.

I competed on the state and regional level of track and field in New England. I also competed in Freestyle BMX throughout New England.
My Philosophy is that 'Intensity Rules!' The meaning behind that is, with the right amount of intense will power anything can be achieved when you put your mind to it and take owner ship of your actions.
My personal interests are to continue helping people out to achieve there fitness goals and to educate all of my clients on how to live a better life style than when they started with me.
