I do private, in-home training (equipment provided), as well as sessions at Anytime Fitness and Pinnacle Career Institute. I also offer tandem and group training. I’ve worked with and learned from the professionals, including Mark Philippi, six-time World’s Strongest Man competitor. I also have G.R.I.T.T Fitness/Boot camps in Shawnee, ks! Twice a week! G.R.I.T.T Fitness has also partnerd with Breakaway massage in a program called "The Hope for Healing Project" This is a specialy designed exercise and massage combination program for Parkinson and Multiple Sclerosis. The first of its kind! G.R.I.T.T. Fitness also specializes in exercise for diabetes, obesity, heart conditions, back/joint pain, fibromyalgia, M.S as well as a variety of other conditions.

I've taken the following classes from Pinnacle Career Institute: Kinesiology, Anatomy 1 & 2, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Psychology, and Wellness/Nutrition. I attended Professional Fitness Institute's Boot Camp. I've gained a lot of experience working with clients and professionals.
