Group Fitness


Group Fitness programs give you a complete workout in a fun and invigorating class. Some courses combine cardiovascular training with strength training, stretching and sports-driven functionality. A variety of classes offers you multiple levels of workout intensity, from beginners to advanced. Group Fitness classes focus on strengthening the body or improving cardiovascular performance.

Group Fitness encompasses a variety of forms. Cycling/Spin will challenge your endurance while Cardio Kickboxing, Hip-Hop, and Total Conditioning workouts test your form and flexibility. Core Strength is a group fitness class that combines a full body workout with a focus on your core. Composing of the transverse abdominal and lower back muscles, working your core can help you to maintain muscular balance, improve postural control, strengthen the abdominal and lower back, and increase lean muscle mass.

Group Fitness is designed for all fitness levels — whether you are new to working out or are a fitness buff looking for something fresh — and will feature Yoga and Pilates-type stretches and moves to improve flexibility; stability balls to tighten your core and improve balance; and weighted medicine balls to provide resistance and improve muscular strength.
