I am a skilled Certified Athletic Trainer who can solve problems promptly; inspire individuals personally and professionally; and mentor other athletic trainers and personal trainers.
As a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, my goal is to promote rehabilitation and strength training through: tailoring exercise programs to the individual, incorporating yoga poses into rehabilitations, proper use of massage therapy techniques, introducing exercises on the Swiss Ball, and providing emotional support during a demanding time.
